Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Bali Orders
For customers located within Bali, we offer same-day delivery.
Please note that orders within Bali can only be placed through direct message (DM), website checkout is not available for local delivery.

To place your order in Bali, simply send us a DM on Instagram and our team will confirm your order details and arrange prompt delivery.

Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within a few business days after dispatch.
Occasional delays may occur due to customs or local courier disruptions.

Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours.
We do not ship to PO boxes – a full street address is required.

Will I have to pay any duties or taxes?
Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable, even in case of returns or refused deliveries.

What happens if my parcel is refused or not collected?
If a package is refused or unclaimed, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, the customer may receive a partial refund (excluding return shipping fees and handling costs).
Please ensure your shipping information is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

Can I update my order or shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to make any changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to assist you before your package is processed and shipped.
